As epoxy is becoming a more popular finish, it is important to find a Contractor with years of experience installing quality and durable product. Ruby Surfacing meets that standard, we also understand the importance of environmental factors, site conditions, proper substrate preparation, top coat suitability and many other variables that go into a successful Epoxy Installation.
Broadcast Systems
Broadcast Systems
Many of us have been fooled by the “epoxy-coatings” sold at the box stores only to have our garages and basement floors crack, chip, and delaminate within a year or two if not mere months. Don’t fall for the gimmick of these glorified paints and see what a real Epoxy System looks like and withstands.
Whether you’re interested in the original Flake System, the Industrial-strength Quartz system, or the eye-catching Wood Flake, all of our Broadcast Systems begin with a proper substrate preparation, epoxy primer that creates excellent adhesion, 100% solid epoxy to receive the broadcast and is finished with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat that can withstand light industrial traffic. While these systems have been traditionally relegated to garages and basements, their use is only limited to your imagination.

These aesthetically unique and truly one-of-a-kind finishes will capture the imagination. In the hands of our experienced team the color combinations, application methods, and organic movement of these systems create a final result unlike any other. We always begin all of our installations with a proper site-evaluation and professional substrate preparation. Then we apply an epoxy primer, pigmented to give the perfect backdrop for the 100% solid epoxy infused with Metallic pigments of your choice. Finally, apply one of three UV-Stable topcoats, depending on desired sheen, location, and use of the space.
